April Harris

April Harris takes a service approach to helping clients buy and sell real estate. She truly enjoys her work as well as living in Summit County. April believes in open and honest communication throughout the entire real estate process.

Working with buyers and sellers, April helps her clients realize their mountain dreams. April has helped seasoned investors sell property as well as Summit County locals purchase their first home.

· Current Sold Price over List Price ratio of 99.2 percent for all listings.

· Past listings have averaged 42 days on the market (this includes the time under contract).

· Member of Prudential Million Dollar Club

Prior to a career in real estate, April spent ten years in a variety of customer service positions. Most recently, April managed the operation side of all wholesale accounts for Copper Mountain & Winter Park. April continues as the resident manager of a condominium and commercial building at Copper Mountain.
